🇵🇱 Sutaşkı ser pleciony 200 g to prawdziwa perła wśród serów dojrzewających o długiej historii, sięgającej tradycji pasterskich. Tego typu sery plecione były popularne w regionach górskich Anatolii i Kaukazu od wieków: serowarze ręcznie formowali właśnie plecionki z rozciągniętej masy serowej, co zapobiegało pleśnieniu i umożliwiało równomierne dojrzewanie. W okresie osmańskim plecione serki, zwane “örgü peyniri”, były cenione za swoje walory estetyczne i strukturalne – podawano je zarówno na śniadania, jak i święta religijne.
